In the past few months we’ve welcomed 8 new affiliates to the project, who are joining us from France, the UK, Sweden, the US, and Canada. Their projects address a wide range of topics including the political legacies of deindustrialization in the mining sectors, the rise of right-wing populism in deindustrialized areas, and the intersections of gender and queer history as they relate to industrial decline.
